Portland’s newest garage listings
Here is my weekly update of the newest “garage” listings for the Portland metro area. Check back every week for an updated list, as well as my comments on the ones that I like the best.

Five new listings have caught my eye in the past two weeks. Four are new, while the fifth has been on the market since mid-2011.
This Troutdale home has a circular driveway, an 8-car garage with custom flooring (RaceDeck?), and a 1000 sq ft covered outdoor patio.
Ready to live in an urban Castle? The stone tower and stone walls suggest it, however the interior of the home is pure 2006! How many of your troops could occupy the RV garage and detached shop?

Imagine yourself at the top of the hill, with views of Mt. Hood, St. Helens, and the coast range. This home has a pool and hot tub, along with a ~1300 sq ft garage (6 medium cars) in a triple-deep arrangement.
This West Linn home is in exceptional condition, with one of the best garage arrangements I have found. Two new listings came on the market this past week, one on the west side and one on the east. The Beaverton home is bank-owned, and features a six-car detached garage. Inside the 5400+ square foot home is a wine cellar, home theater, and extensive woodwork.
The home in Boring has a 30×60 detached shop, plus a 2-car garage attached to the home. Inside there is extensive remodeling of the kitchen, plus a newer furnace, a/c, and tankless water heater. Looks like a nice home with great space for a home business or collection, outside of the urban core.
