When a home has seven or more garage spaces, it has clearly been built with a strong focus on the garage area. Often these homes feature detached garages or shops, generally considered a dedicated “Man Cave” where the toys can be kept. It may also be a woodworking shop or private machine shop, to keep noise and vibration away from the main home.

As we draw to a close on 2012, there are 18 homes with a garage for 7 or more vehicles. The average size is 5813 square feet, with an asking price of $1,650,073, and have been on the market for 249 days.
If I had to choose the best estate, it would be a tough choice between 20108 Driftwood Drive and 2929 SW Mountain Road. Both have the most amazing detached shop buildings!
