Real Estate – Portland area homes with six car garages
To be considered a true 6-car garage, there should be at least 1350 square feet of useable space for cars, trailers, and motorcycles. Typically at least four of the spaces will be stacked in “tandem” meaning that one vehicle will be parked in front of another. You may only see two or three doors on some of these homes. While on others, you will find an entire row of wonderful carriage doors! Imagine the automotive artwork that you might find when you open them!

At the end of 2012, there are 20 homes with a 6-car garage listed in the RMLS. The average size is 5643 square feet, with an asking price of $1,144,740, and have been on the market for 266 days.
