Real Estate – Portland area homes with five car garages
To be considered a true 5-car garage, there should be at least 1100 square feet of useable space for cars, trailers, and motorcycles. Workbenches and shelving are nice, but if they prevent your door from opening, or would hit your trailer, then they might not be big enough.
And sorry, but an RV stall does NOT count as three parking spaces!

For the week of April 16, 2012, there are 23 homes with a 5-car garage listed in the RMLS. Their average size is 5029 square feet, with an asking price of $1,465,051, and they have been on the market for 175 days.
