Here is my regular update of the newest “garage” listings for the Portland metro area. Check back every few weeks for an updated list, as well as my comments on the ones that I like the best.

This year is almost finished, with good prospects for a stronger real estate market in 2013. With the change of seasons, the number of garage listings has decreased. Many of the best deals have recently been sold, yet there are still a few good value garages around if you dig for them. And as always, there are more than a couple at the highest end of the price spectrum.

Here is a “garage sleeper” that I recently found. Although it officially has only a 2-car garage, the BONUS is the downstairs 400 sq ft shop with access through double doors at the front of a covered RV parking area. Northwestern view on a cul-de-sac of custom built homes. Probably one of the best deals currently on the market for a 4+ garage home!
